What are your candles made of?
Our candles are crafted with 100%, high-quality wax and premium, clean scents. Each candle is hand-poured in small batches to ensure the best quality and scent experience.
How long do your candles burn?
Burn times vary by size. Please refer to each product listing for specific burn time estimates. To maximize burn time, always trim your wick to ¼ inch before each use.
Are your candles safe for pets and children?
We recommend burning candles out of reach of children and pets, and never leaving a burning candle unattended. Always burn on a heat-resistant surface.
Ordering & Shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your candles! If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we'll do our best to make it right.
My candle arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please reach out to us with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we'll send a replacement right away.
Candle Care
How do I get the best scent throw from my candle?
For the best experience, burn your candle for at least 2-4 hours on the first use to allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface. This prevents tunneling and ensures a full, even burn throughout the life of the candle.
When should I stop burning my candle?
Discontinue use when approximately ½ inch of wax remains at the bottom of the vessel to prevent heat damage to surfaces below.
